Attached to the owner's home, this lodging has a separate entrance assuring your utmost privacy. The owners are available however to assist with any needs. Situated 120 feet from Franklin Pond with a lightly traveled road between your lodging and the shoreline, you will find convenient lake access where there are kayaks and a canoe for you to enjoy. Paddle along the miles of shoreline scouting for wildlife or try your hand at fishing for bass or walleye. Close by, you will find excellent trout fishing in the Saranac and Ausable Rivers. Trails for hiking and mountain climbing are not far away, and we are just 20 minutes from excellent skiing at the Olympic Ski Center at Whiteface Mountain.
