Would you like to spend a lovely holiday in your own cottage?
Would you like to spend pleasant evenings in front of a fireplace?
So this is the right place to stay.
We are renting a 160 qm house with 4 bedrooms, a big living space with royal flair, a generous kitchen with a dishwasher and two bathrooms. The house has a beautiful big garden with a pond and a roofed barbecue-area with view on the alps.
3 of the 4 bedrooms have access to our balcony. Please be aware, that the fourth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 7 or 8 persons. It is some kind of library (fotos). Bedsheets and towels are available.
The accomodation itself is located at the edge of the health resort Bergen and is offering a diversity of fun activities.The Chiemgau is offering many different interesting sights.
You can reach the Chiemsee in just about 15 minutes, the Königssee in 50 minutes and the Berchtesgarden salt mine in 45 minutes.
The area is also suitable for families. There are two fairytale amusement parks and a natural outdoor pool. Even our hiking fans will be satisfied.
And you can run your errand just arround the corner in the village.
In the winter the cottage convinces you with its perfect location for nice walks in the snow. For the highlight you can go sledging or do some cross-country skiing. Bergen offers a variaty of different loipes and a small hometown skiing area. Bigger skiing areas aren‘t too far either. Like the Steinplatte (30 minutes), Unterbergbahnen (20 minutes) or Saalbach Hinterglemm (60 minutes). Even the world famous Kitzbühel is just an hour away.

The community Bergen makes you pay a tax of 1,10€ per day per person (over the age of 14 ) and 0,55€ (in between of 6 and 14 years). I will collect the tax at your arrival.
