Situated on a hillock just before St-Florent, the residence enjoys a splendid sea view of the entire gulf as far as the des Agriates desert just opposite. Behind you, you can take in the charm of the famous unspoilt vineyards of Patrimonio with its old village. You can reach the pebble beach on foot and there is the possibility of reaching the famous paradise beaches of white sand and clear water of Lotu and Saleccia by boat.
The flat consists of 2 rooms, one with a double bed and one with 4 beds, 2 low and 2 high (bunk beds) which can be opened if necessary (they are the same as those used by the ferries). The small room does not have a window, but there is forced ventilation that changes the air continuously throughout the flat. Despite being a small room it is very comfortable and the 90 cm wide beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is large, in shades of the sea, and has a bidet, a large shower and a washing machine. Then there is a large living room with a view of the gulf and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large terrace with a dining table and armchairs, which ends in a small private pool where it is wonderful to take a dip at the end of the day at sunset while watching the sea and enjoying a good Muscat. There is also a second, larger pool, shared by all the guests of the residence about a hundred metres from the flat.
The flat is well equipped and has air conditioning.
