Comfortable apartment located on the third floor of a typical Florentine building, in a very central position, thanks to its strategic position, the accommodation allows you to easily reach the main services and points of interest on foot. As it is located on the third floor without an elevator, it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The apartment includes a double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe, a living area with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit that will be used to meet their basic needs (toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc.).

Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00, and for arrivals after 20:00, there is a surcharge.

Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100€ will be required.
