The property easily sleeps 8. There is a king in the guest bedroom. A queen in the master bedroom and a twin daybed with twin trundle. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also 2 queen air mattresses for extra guests. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of basics. (Pots, pans, coffee pot, toaster, griddle, etc.) The home is 10 minutes from Catfish Bay Marina and equally close to Alberta Creek Marina and the sandy beaches of Lake Texoma on the Oklahoma side. Lake Texoma is known for its Striper fishing and there are many fishing guide services available. There is space to park your boat or trailer during your stay. There are lots of Casino’s to choose from and a beautiful 18-hole golf course that is ranked in the top 3 of courses in Oklahoma.
