Sleeps 9 with charming loft in shared space upstairs. Master bathroom completely renovated with white subway tile to ceiling in shower with gray hexagon accent tile and flooring. Shiplap walls and ceiling in master and recent hardwood floors installed.
Kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, glass-top stove and farmhouse sink. New hardwood floors throughout main house and wood accents on ceiling and beam in gathering room.
Large deck that has subtle night lighting and provides a beautiful canal view. Put your feet up and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from this quiet place.
Two large bedrooms on ground floor that walk out to deck and sitting areas. Each room has a queen bed and one room has a twin built in above. These bedrooms are separated by a sliding door and are equipped with full bathrooms and each has own access to outdoors. Once you walk outside there are swinging chairs and benches set up for relaxing in the shade on a hot day.
In addition to all of the deck and porch seating, there is a pergola with outside party lights and built in seating. Perfect place to enjoy the outdoors during family meals. Or you can go to the bench by the water to watch your family swim in the canal.
Some of the additional amenities include:
-Fishing poles, and you can fish right off the private dock. Alternatively, you can walk to the end of the road and fish at the popular spot at the intersection of Flamingo Way and Sandpiper RD. Please note that adults(17 and older)will need to have a fishing license.
