Please note that this apartment is located in an up-and-coming neighborhood where some blocks are more invested in than others but we love it for the diversity and the friendly neighbors. Safety is our top priority and we've invested in exterior security cameras, an alarm system, and a ring doorbell. This duplex has been in our family for 20 years with multiple family members having lived in it for several years. Now we want to invite guests to stay.
The apartment is ten minutes from the Kemah Boardwalk, 30 minutes to Galveston, and 45 minutes to downtown Houston.
It is a one-block walk to the bay for boating and fishing amenities and there's an ATM 50' away to get cash for all the fun you're going to have.
There is a Ring doorbell that captures audio and video footage when motion is activated. We use this for security purposes.
There is one restaurant/bar that is a block away and within walking distance with amazing bay views. All the other attractions require a car.
This charming home invites you to experience the best of both worlds. Its corner location grants easy access to the city's buzz, while its thoughtfully designed interior offers a tranquil escape, reducing noise significantly and ensuring a peaceful stay. About 50' from the patio of the apartment is an ATM.
