We have two stand-alone A/C Machines (one on the main floor and the other in the master bedroom plus we have ceiling fans in every bedroom plus another floor fan provided during your stay.

Guest have access to the entire house EXCEPT for main floor bathroom closet, upstairs hallway closet, Master bedroom closet, Storage area in basement and garage.

We do not have cable TV
The house is on a small lake where you can fish with fishing permit. Allowed on the lake are pedal boats, kayaks, canoes (no motor boats allowed).
Provided during your stay; pedal boat and 2 adults, 2 kids kayaks and two stand up paddle board.
Why a cleaning fee if we ask that guests leave the place clean and tidy;
When guests leave we still have to clean a house of 2400 sq ft in 4 hours.
We need to wash all the sheets, thoroughly clean both bathrooms, clean the kitchen, fridge etc, vacuum, dust and mop all the floors. Plus we also need to maintain the outdoors such as lawn.
