This 3-bedroom house is located about 30 minutes or less driving distance to Beaches, Rivers, Downtown, Shopping, and NAS Whiting Field. Pet friendly for 2 pets max. PLEASE read the House Rules about pets.
All living areas, bedrooms, and laundry are on the same level. The kitchen has an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Dishes, silverware, cookware, and baking trays are available for your use. Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, and blender are also provided. There is room for 4-6 at the dining table and 2 at the breakfast bar.
In the living room, there is plenty of room to relax and stream movies on the Roku SmartTV. A workstation is set up in one of the bedrooms when you need to set up your laptop. High-speed WiFi is available. A sunroom is located off the living room and is a great space for enjoying the outdoors.
Linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets are provided. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a dresser and chair and an en-suite with a shower, dual vanities, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bed.
The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer for your convenience.
The backyard is fully fenced for privacy and shaded by a beautiful oak tree.
For parking, the driveway can accommodate two vehicles, and there is street parking for one additional vehicle. Please don't block the neighbors' driveway or mailbox.
Remember to bring: At Hometown Stays, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags for a 2-day stay. However, we recommend bringing additional items for your comfort and convenience. Pack essentials like toiletries, a hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to make your stay perfect. We want you to feel at home, so bring what you need to enhance your experience and enjoy your time with us.
If traveling to visit your service member, you will find the location of this home is ideal. It's located within a 25-minute drive to NAS Whiting Field. The super-Walmart and Target for groceries and incidentals are within 15 minutes for shopping.
This small neighborhood is tucked away from Garcon Point Road and Interstate 10. Within a 25-minute drive to Pensacola International Airport, 9 minutes to the nearest boat ramp, and 25 minutes to Blackwater State Park. Having a vehicle is the best way to get around as Pensacola/Milton is very spread out.

We love having pets on the property and ask that they remain leashed when outside the privacy-fenced backyard. Pet must be kenneled when left at property alone or supervised at all times. Clean up any pet waste and place it in appropriate trash bins located outside the home. An extra charge of $100 will be assessed if pet waste is left on the property.
MUST be 21 years of age or older to book.

Minors and Pets are not be left unsupervised.
