When the Sun Shines, this place soaks it up! It's sunny here far more often than many places in Western Washington.
Perfect for 2 people, however, it Can Sleep 7 People --- but it will be tight.
There is one main bedroom with a queen size bed and TV PLUS a tiny bunk bedroom with 3 single beds & TV.
HOWEVER...The bunk room is directly connected to the shower, there is a door for privacy, but you will have to negotiate access to the room with the person who may be taking a shower.
We have another queen size fold out bed for the living room. ALL BEDS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE according to reports by MOST people.
The shower has double shower heads!!!
Living room has both a sofa and a love seat. There is also a gas fireplace which warms the apartment quickly. THERE IS NO TV IN THE LIVING ROOM, it would take away from the views, but each bedroom has 2 large screen TVs.
The Kitchen has Pots, Pans, Sinks, 4 burner gas stove plus gas oven, Microwave Oven, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Grinder and ORGANIC Coffee, Full Size Refrigerator, Plates, Glasses, Bowls and more; it is setup with all that you will need for cooking good quality meals.

About our Authentic Home Made India Food - Of course it is delicious. We use pesticide free and organic ingredients to the extent that is possible. We do serve food most nights with advanced notice, frequently we can serve you on short notice, and sometimes things come up and we just cannot provide food service, even if you have arranged it in advance. So please understand, we will do our best to honor our commitment to serve food but there are no guarantees. Ask for our menu. This is an add on charge.

You will have complete private run of this upstairs APARTMENT including the upper deck.
Shared Space - There is a grassy lawn and patio between the building and cliff side fence for shared enjoyment by your hosts and other guests which may also be staying on the property.

ROAD NOISE: We do have some road noise. MOST guests barely notice it. SOME guests do have issues with it. If you are highly sensitive to noise or can't stop focusing on it, then this is not the place for you. We live here and rarely notice it. It is the worst when standing outside in the drive way and trying to have a conversation. But inside of the units, out back enjoying the amazing views, which is where most people spend most of their time, most people don't even notice it. It is barely audible.
GUEST NOISES: From time to time we have guests downstairs who have a little to much of a good time, too much to drink and get a bit noisy. It does carry up through the floor when that happens. We ask them, and you, not to do that and it is a house rule to keep it quiet especially after 10pm.
Likewise we ask you to keep your noise level down. Especially moving furniture around does make loud scraping sounds downstairs, so just be aware and respectful of the downstairs guests. They have been told there could be noise coming from upstairs, please, just try not to make it excessive.
