This sublime location situated on a corner waterfront provides a unique canal lifestyle. The well designed and quality home offers a large canal block with 55m frontage, with a large deck allowing spectacular water views.
Whether enjoying a BBQ & refreshments from the outdoor living or fishing & crabbing on your' private jetty, you will witness diverse marine life and amazing sunsets.
Just a stone throw away is the local Sandy Cove Tavern and Jettys' Bar & Grill, and further down the river is the well known Ravenswood Hotel. All these delicious and relaxing venues are accessible by a short cruise along the river or by road. The main attraction of the Mandurah city and beaches is also reachable by water, just a leisurely cruise through the Mandurah estuary.
Suitable for families, elderly couples and groups. There is no fencing around the water, so caution is required for young children and pets.
For a comfortable stay, there are 5 bedrooms with the following arrangements:
- Room 1: King Bed
- Room 2: Queen Bed
- Room 3: x2 Single Beds plus a Single Trundle Bed
- Room 4: Queen Bed
- Room 5: x2 Single Beds
Also included is laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing board/iron. Air conditioning and heating for the whole house.
We also provide 3 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddle board (SUP) and bikes.
Basic Information:
Minimum 2 night stays, except for; Easter (min 4 nights), Long weekends (min 3 nights).
Linen and cleaning fee $150 per stay.
Pets may be allowed but at owners discretion.
Check in is 2:00pm and checkout 10:00am but if you require earlier or later please contact owner.
