Spacious 4 bedroom house with a fabulous Pool/Diner (a full size Pool table) with lid on it's great for Entertaining and seats 8 people or you can play Table tennis on the top table. 3 Bedrooms inside the house - a double and 2 singles. Then a double room outside from the Garden onto the Decking and stunning Banana Tree. House sleeps 6/8 people (Sofa bed Futon-lounge) in the front Lounge. Fabulous kitchen with large Range Cooker and American Fridge Freezer with ice, dishwasher and washing machine and an eating seating area. Round table outside for beautiful evenings - garden facing Sth West. Firepit BBQ /fire & front garden swing off the oak tree. Quiet Cul-de-sac Park 2 cars. Near Theme Parks - Thorpe Park, Chessington World of Adventures, Legoland and of course Hampton Court down the road. Outlook hiring bike is in Woking. Front Garden has a huge Oak tree with a swing. Large Fridge Freezer. Downstairs large front lounge area followed to back lounge with pool/diner/table tennis for entertaining. There is a huge toy cupboard for storage and the gully side area - Great for a computer spot. Cloaks cupboard in the hallway as well as a downstairs toilet and large storage cupboard. The double futon sofa-bed is in the front lounge. Brand new windows throughout the main house.

Out to the garden through the brand new sliding Patio doors is the 4th Bedroom opening out to the stunning banana tree. (you need to come into the house for the toilet - decking is a bit holy so you know) Firepit available for BBQ. Then upstairs 3 bedrooms - 1 double and 2 singles with built in wardrobes and a family bathroom with bath and shower (Not a power shower though). Clean clear space. Brand new carpets upstairs.
Please note that in the kitchen - Cutlery is in an underneath drawer - a bit like a secret drawer - So please ask me when booking as it's really easy to access and unfortunately someone did not ask me and I could've easily explained where it is. Always ask me - most things are obvious - but I will make a point of telling people now.

Other things to note - Walton Station 20 minutes walk - Hersham Stn 12 minutes walk - Great for trips up to London.
Super area near Hampton Court brimming with coffee shops, boats, restaurants and Bushy Park with beautiful deer. Walton town centre is short walk away with coffee shops, supermarkets and the Heart Centre. Lovely river walks and pubs just down the road in Walton. up to London.
