Summary: The young lady at reception was superb. I arrived early on check-in day, left my bag, and went out to do some things in London. When I came back in the afternoon, she had already taken my bag up to my room on the top floor (there’s no lift). She didn’t just give me a room number and a key, but walked all the way up to the room to show it to me.
