Oversized original windows allow for great natural lighting that highlight the original hardwoods and small touches. Open kitchen and living concept on first floor with half bath. Large staircase to second floor and landing with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Come back year after year!
The Space:
Tastefully decorated and renovated by a skilled yatchman to not miss a beat. Nautical flares throughout to complement the yatching village neighborhood. First floor is home to the kitchen, living, dining and half bath. On the second floor you will find the two separate bedrooms and full bath. Large oversized original windows throughout to allow for ample natural light. Beautiful hardwoods original to the home. Truly a great place STAY while visiting Newport and all it has to offer.

Guests have access to entire condo, separate entrance and shared yard but rarely used by other tenants.
