Beachy and fully updated gorgeous 3 bedroom/2 full bath house on a large corner lot! The master bedroom is light and airy and has a queen bed with full en suite bathroom that is oversized with a soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with plentiful sunshine for relaxing or taking a nap. While adults can easily fit in the third bedroom, this is a great kids room with full-over-full bunk, plus pullout twin trundle plus a single sleeper chair that pulls out. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with a roomy standup shower. Each bedroom has a wall mounted tv. Have a movie night in the large living room with cathedral ceilings, or relax in the sitting area reading a book or playing games. There are two teal single sleeper chairs in the sitting area that pull out. Kitchen is fully stocked with all your general cooking and baking needs, and includes a coffee/OJ press bar (coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener, hot chocolate provided). Full size washer and dryer in a closed closet in the kitchen. Mini bar with all your cocktail tools you may need, as well as a Margarita Machine! Driveway parking allows for 2 cars, and there is plenty of street parking available as well.
Outside there is a large front patio with bar height table and chairs. A side wooden pergola has 4 hammock chairs plus additional seating for entertaining. Cornhole boards for family fun! For your beach needs, you will find 6 beach chairs plus a beach umbrella. Hairdryers, iron & ironing board, WiFI, streaming services, books for adults & kids, and board games are also provided.
Well-behaved dogs permitted for an additional fee! We provide food and water bowls, as well as poop bags.
Infants or toddlers? To help with space while traveling, there is one stroller, one pack n play, and one high chair provided.
Short walk to 8 acre wildlife sanctuary/park with 5 acre pond featuring a blacktop walking/jogging path around the perimeter. Less than a 10 min walk or 2 min bike ride to one of two oversized pools. 6 min walk to the Bayfront community boardwalk with 3 fishing/crabbing piers. A second oversized pool plus kiddie pool, tennis courts, putt-putt, shuffleboard court, pickleball court are other community amenities available.
No groups under the age of 25 permitted, you may not rent for other people or those under the age of 25. No senior week bookings permitted. Total number of guests must not exceed 10. Additional guests outside of the renting party may not stay overnight without prior approval. No parties or events without prior approval.
