Step inside and find two living rooms, one on the ground floor, and a spacious one of the first floor, which means there is ample space for the whole group to relax and unwind after a long day on the beach. The ground floor also hosts a twin room and house bathroom with shower option; ideal if you don’t like stairs! The galley style kitchen offers a host of modern appliances including an electric oven and hob, washing machine and a fridge freezer, there’s even a slow cooker for your convenience. There is plenty of work top space for preparing a delicious picnic to enjoy on the beach or to cook up a feast for the whole group to enjoy in the large dining room. A pantry sits to one side of the kitchen and is ideal for storing all your holiday essentials.
Take the stairs to the first floor and find a second house bathroom with both a bath and cubicle shower, a well-presented double room with inbuilt wardrobes and the spacious second sitting room which is flooded by natural light from the bay window. Deep filled sofas surround the room where you can gather in the evening, relax, and watch your favourite holiday programmes on the Smart TV.

Spend time on the golden sands, enjoy an evening stroll on the long promenade or take a ride on the land train. A visit to The Bayle Museum and the Bondwille Model Village is a must. The stately homes of Sewerby Hall and Gardens, Burton Agnes Hall and Sledmere are just a short drive away. A little further afield are the coastal towns of Flamborough and Filey. RSPB Bempton Cliffs is a bird lovers dream.
