Hundreds of acres for hunting right outside the door Also cool shallow sandy bottom river in backyard for swimming or watch deer or turkey enter yard in evening or early mourning while sipping your coffee on beautiful back porch and trail riding to any where in north west Michigan right out front dr, 50 minutes to traverse city , or casinos , beautiful all sports lakes big bass or Harper lake are 20 minutes away and they are great fishing lakes pine River is 10 minutes away and the best tubing or kayak river in the state sand lake recreation with its beautiful quiet beach is 25 minutes away the famous Dublin grocery store is 25 minutes away with all your grocery needs including it’s fantastic jerky ! and small town of Luther just 10 minutes away!
