This room offers:
• Private room with 1 King bed.
• Private bathroom with fresh linens!
• Cable TV, WIFI.
• 2 night minimum stay required.
• No smoking allowed in room. Guests who smoke or use vapor type devices in rooms will be charged an additional $200 fee for cleaning and restoration.
• No tenant pets allowed. Any concealed pets will result in immediate eviction without refund and at the hotel's discretion additional costs for cleaning.
• A valid credit card is required for all stays.
• All reservations made more than 5 days prior to arrival require payment of 1/2 of rent, hotel reservation fee, and applicable tax on those amounts at time of booking; remainder due 5 days prior to arrival. All reservations made within 5 days of arrival must be fully paid at the time of booking.
• CANCELLATIONS must be made via email Info@TranquilHouseInn.com prior to check in time on the day of arrival. Any cancellation requests received more than 5 days prior to arrival may be refunded minus a cancellation service charge of $50.00. Guests who cancel within 5 days of arrival will be charged the first night's stay plus any applicable tax and booking fees to the card of record. Guests who do not request to cancel and do not arrive as scheduled will be charged for the full stay with no refund.
