Summary: It’s was fine. The staff are super nice. The rooms were small. Very basic. No closet or microwave. I understand that hotels near downtown tend to be cramped and have few amenities. But Charlotte is a bigger city with hotels in this price range with more amenities. Also there are no restaurants nearby, DoorDash had a huge fee, and the snacks available to buy at the hotel will really expensive.
