Located central to town, Coolangatta is five minutes down hill by car and twenty minutes by foot.
It's three buildings form a large Queenslander style residence split over three levels. This villa descends from the garage at street level, with guest bedroom on the first level and main house on the second level. Including the guest room it has four bedrooms with large open plan living spaces, bathroom and two toilets.
Protected from the wind the main level has a delightful stone walled courtyard with Balinese themed French doors and outdoor hot/cold shower. On the harbour side is a large entertaining deck accessed via six metre timber bifold doors and servery windows. A gourmet kitchen with oversize stone benches creates an open plan to courtyard and harbour viewing.
**Please note this large property also has a one bedroom apartment located on a lower third level with it's own private street access. This is alternate to the rental and is utilised intermittently by the owners to manage the property.
