- 6 guests max unless additional are authorized for a visit.
Unauthorized guests will be charged extra per person or cancellation of the booking and will be asked to leave without any refunds.
Parking Spaces:
- Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed to be parked on the premises
Fireplace:
The fireplace gas requires an extra fee of 50 because some guests take advantage and run up the gas bill. We will need a request for the use of the fireplace in advance.
No Smoking policy:
Breaking the rules can result in a $1,000 or more extra fine. Only outside away from doors is permitted and disposed correctly.
Disclosure of camera Devices outside the Home:
- For your safety, the front door has a doorbell (Ring Device) that records audio and video for the outside of the house.
- It records when there is live motion outside the door, or when someone presses the Ring Button.
- There are no cameras inside the house.
-Outside in the ground pit can't be used to make fire only a metal fire table.

Take I-75 N/I-85 N.

Take the MARTA Red Line from any downtown station (e.g Peachtree Center, Civic Center) to the Buckhead Station.
From Buckhead Station, take a short taxi or rideshare to 4187 Wieuca Rd NE (approximately 5-10 minutes).
