Positive: The common area (bar, reception) looks great. The lady at the desk was helpful, even if once I got there I learnt that the room I had booked and prepaid was not there because they had overbooked the facility.

Negative: I booked the room and sent a message to let them know I'd be checking in at 22:00. There was no reply, but when I got there right at that hour, I learnt that the hotel was fully booked and that they had no room for me. I had already paid. It took them a while to figure this out. The lady at the desk booked a room for me in another place, that I did not have to pay for. But they sent me to a terrible hotel I would have never picked.

Summary: Disappointing to book and pay to find out that there was no room for me
