Our home is located on a peaceful street while being a mere 10 min drive to downtown Seattle. This 3-story standalone townhouse offers 3 en-suite bedrooms and a full gourmet kitchen.
We welcome gatherings with close friends/family, but large parties/noise disturbances and strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighborhood with quiet hours after 10pm.

Seattle is pretty small so you might hear the occasional airplane flying over if you are located anywhere in the city.
We are also located close to a greenbelt/neighbors' backyard. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control.

Please note that the basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $15 per person per night. Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in cans inside the house if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.
< LOST & FOUND >
Please check that you have all your personal belongings with you! If you accidentally left something in the house, we can ship misplaced items but we will change a $100 handling fee and the shipping fee, so please make sure to not leave anything behind! :)

We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!
