The space
Tucked away at the end of the street, this home welcomes you in with an open concept first floor, bringing the kitchen, living room, and dining areas together to enjoy a meal or watch your favorite movie. The large couch, and 65" smart TV gives you access to all your favorite streaming accounts using an Amazon fire stick. A WIFI Sonos speaker allows you to relax to your favorite playlist. The spacious kitchen has room for multiple cooks, or plenty of space to enjoy a good take out meal from one of the local restaurants. Fully equipped with everything you need to make a home cooked meal, the kitchen is easily and quickly a gathering place for family. A small desk sits in the sunny corner just off the kitchen counter seating, and a half bath rounds out the first floor.
The three bedrooms are located on the second floor, with an en suite bathroom in the Master bedroom, and a shared bathroom with a double vanity shared between the other two bedrooms.
As a child friendly home, we have games, books, and toys for kids to enjoy, as well as various child seats and bedding. (Please inquire directly for further details).
The backyard is truly something special. With lush gardens, a conversation area, and a grill and dining table, enjoy evening cocktails or morning coffee while listening to the birds.
With indoor and outdoor space to work from home, play with the kids, or enjoy time with friends, you will find there is room enough for everyone.
Guest access
Guests will be given a personal access code to enter the home, and parking is available for one car directly in front of the property. Once inside, you will have full access to the space, as well as a fully stocked home of amenities. There are cameras posted for safety.
Other things to note
While we are a pet friendly home, we do ask that you and your pets are respectful of the furniture and surroundings. We have 2 pet relief area along the side of the yard, and ask that you refrain from allowing your dogs to use the bathroom in the grass. This keeps the grass clean and safe for all to use. Moakley Park is a short 5 minute walk to allow for more exercise for your furry friends. We are happy to direct you to local dog parks and dog friendly dining nearby as well.
