Positive: The welcome and helpfulness of all staff - room 104 was beautifully welcoming after a long drive - breakfast was also very nice - so much so we have booked a room for our return to Folkestone on 3rd November 25 after our short break in France with family

Negative: Nothing - everything was perfect
