On entry you are greeted by a wonderful spacious dining area & fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with breakfast island.
This spacious living area easily flows south to a cosy lounge with Smart TV and 2 beautifully styled bedrooms. All including linen & towels.
Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom - King bed with robes & Ensuite
Family bathroom with bath tub & seperate shower.
Bedroom 2 - King bedroom - to the front of the home and with access out on to the deck area . This lovely bedroom comes complete with storage.
The north aspect of the home includes 2 king single bedrooms with black out blinds & built in robes. Includes an adjoining bathroom. Perfect for kids!
To the back of the property is a great heated pool, ideal for a swim or play. Relax around the pool with a morning coffee or evening wine.
Seperate from the house and next to the mineral lap pool, is a newly renovated Studio, complete with kitchenette, Queen bed, TV, sofas, dining area and stunning ensuite.
Perfect for the grandparents, teen kids or friends group.
All high quality mattresses , linen and large Eco friendly toiletries provided in each bathroom.
We have provided 2 adult kayaks & 2 kid kayaks for your use. 1 adult bike & 1 child bike (6-8yrs). But please note that these are used at your own risk and must be returned after use. There are trolleys to move them and the creek is just at the end of the street.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
South Golden Beach is amazing! Local cafe, Skate park, community centre with yoga classes and a kids park. Of course not forgetting the beach, showers and toilets!
At the bottom of the street is the dog beach and a minutes walk South, near the cafe is the dog free beach and park.
When the wind is up it’s only short drive to swim/play in Marshalls Creek at New Brighton and to collect gourmet treats/groceries and beverages of choice from the Newy Store.
Only a 5 minute walk to the nearby tennis court and for naturalists, enjoy a lovely walk or bike ride through the nature reserve behind the dune.
A beautiful community which once visited, you do not want to leave!
Although we invite families with young children under the age of 5, please note that there is an unfenced small pond at the front of the property, when you first come on to the deck - see photos in the advert. It could be a drowning hazard if you children are left unattended at the front of the property.
The back deck can be closed off from the pond, but they are not lockable.
We love our neighbours and street. Please love them too and be respectful with noise levels and language. It's a family street and kids play out on the road. Limited traffic and a cruisy 80s vibe. Enjoy
