Positive: Location with free stret parking, 20 min walk from the centre in a nice area, everything seemed new and well equipped, warm overnight, easy access to the garden and parking, good facilities. Comfortable bed.

Negative: 1. No soap, no shower gel which makes it extremelly inconvenient when you come from the road and just want to shower and sleep or it is too late to find an open store. This makes me extremelly angry in an accommodation. It costs nothing to fix a bottle of soap in the wall for the guests to use, it is the basics. And it creates huge inconvenience not to have it. 2. Not enough hot water for 2 super short showers and I stop the water when I soap myself, forget washing hair. No paper towel in the kitchen. 3. Not top cleaned and there was trash from previous people an empty pizza box in the kitchen cupboards. 4. Parking only usable by tall cars 5. They send an email at 7am to inform that checkout at 11 is approaching 6. They ask you to take out the trash but there is no trash can for the building so we had to continue the road trip with the trash in the car, and finally we found a neighour's can down the street and used that and hoped they would not scream at us. 7. Dishes are not well cleaned. 8. I wanted to make a tea but the kettle was full of scale and there was only morning tea green/black, no infusion. There is cleaning vinegar in any supermarket just leave a layer for 1h in the kettle and then it gets removed super easily.
