The exterior and interior of the unit were completely redone in 2023, including new concrete porch floors, railing and all new interior design elements. The open kitchen and living room allows for easy entertaining and enjoying the ocean breeze through the two sliding doors that open onto porches. Custom cabinetry and all Viking appliances grace the gourmet kitchen with a large island for eating with a custom built-in banquette. The master suite has a lovely private porch for enjoying morning coffee in your pajamas. The elegant, attached bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a private toilet room. The secondary bedroom has another private porch and a bathroom a few steps down the hallway with a beautiful tiled walk-in shower. Closets in both bedrooms are customized. The villa is in an oceanfront property that has a private boardwalk which is the gateway to the pristine beach in literally 150 steps. An easy stroll to get a cocktail or extra sunscreen.
