Marsillargues, where wine growing has a strong rooted tradition, is crossed by the river Vidourle which, besides fishing, invites you to take a walk to the castle with the Paul Pastre museum. The Petite Camargue is famous for its herds of bulls and its original sacrificial festivals, where horses and bulls are led through the village streets and processions of herdsmen can be admired. Not far away, the beautiful town of Aigues-Mortes with its imposing ramparts, six towers and ten gates awaits your visit. It is not far from the sea and salt marshes, and its location at a canal crossing invites you to make excursions on the Rhône. In addition, it attracts with markets, antique dealers and medieval festivals. You can also visit the ancient city of Arles and its arenas, modern Montpellier or the historic city of Nîmes and its ferias: during these festivities, the city is all about bulls and horses, but also music, dancing and wine.
