We offer this charming 40 m² apartment for rent in Ancelle, on the ground floor of the villa with ski station within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of around 800 m². The south-southwest-facing apartment is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
Exterior:
- A private garden of around 800 m² facing South, South-West, very sunny with furniture (rustic wooden table, benches for 6 people, parasol, gas barbecue, grill and plancha, garden furniture, outdoor games) to enjoy the fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Ancelle, 1 km from the village, in very pleasant, wooded and quiet surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Winter: winter sports, dog sledding, hiking, cross-country skiing and ski touring, skating rink, etc.
In summer: forest walks, horse riding, paragliding, mountain biking, fitness trail, beach volleyball, tennis, adventure trails, educational farms, nearby leisure center, Serre-Ponçon lake (40mn), Saint Bonnet lake (20mn), canoeing, sailing... Golf at Col Bayard ( 20mn) etc...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot or under the carport.

- Nearest train station: Gap train station, about 25 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport about 2 hours away by car.
