This romantic tower apartment features two balconies, private outdoor dining, and beautiful views of Perpignan and Mount Canigou. The unforgettable bedroom features original oak beams . There is a full private kitchen. The office space provides a cheerful, energizing place to work. High ceilings and many windows fill the space with light, perfect for an artist’s studio (we provide the easel). The white dining chairs previously belonged to the famous French actress, Bond girl Sophie Marceau.

The magnificent La Bassa river and its gardens run through the charming city center.

Free parking is available on site. The town center and restaurants are within walking distance. You can also drive in and park in the Place Arago parking lot. Numerous historic towns and vineyards are just a short drive away. Two supermarkets, a pharmacy and a good bakery are within walking distance. Perpignan airport is a ten-minute drive away. The magnificent white-sand beach of Canet-en-Roussillon is a twelve-minute drive from the château.
