Cozy holiday home in quiet and peaceful surroundings in Manstad, not far from Fredrikstad. There are several patios around the cottage to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Nice lawn, perfect for football or club! There is also a nice campfire site with a fire pit by the house. Around the holiday cottage there is a rich wildlife. If you are lucky, you can see both foxes and deer, maybe even a moose. Lot of blueberries and cranberries in the forest and some mushrooms. There are great hiking opportunities right outside the door, and a famous coastal path not far away. About. 15 min walk from the cottage you will find a great swimming area with boulders, sandy beach, and piers you to jump and fish crabs from. If you feel like something other than swimming, there are two golf courses nearby and a nice visitor farm not far away. Short way to Engelsviken where you can enjoy a good meal of fish or shellfish right on the pier. The restaurant is especially known for its delicious fish soup. Day trips to Fredrikstad and the Old Town, and should you fancy some more shopping, you are not far from the Swedish border. The cottage has an annex with its own entrance from the terrace. The annex has a kitchen but without running water.
