The fully stocked kitchen is ready for the chef to create magnificent meals, to be served either in the formal dining area with seating for 6, in the sun room which looks directly out to the fabulous backyard, or in the outdoor dining area which also seats 6.
At the end of your day you can retire to one of three master bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed and has direct access to the attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and is also accessible from the hallway. The second bedroom features a Cal King bed and features an attached bathroom with a step in shower. The third bedroom also features a Cal King with an attached bathroom and a step in shower, and also allows for access to the backyard.
Wait until you step out into the backyard. The Salt Water pebble tech pool and spa are simply delightful to spend time in, as you take in the magnificent mountain views. This patio offers plenty of outdoor seating either to sunbathe or relax under the giant shade cover. A propane BBQ allows for great cookouts.
One small dog under 30 lbs is welcome at this home. Please be aware that although the front yard looks like it's enclosed, it is not. Be mindful and keep your dog on a leash at all times when in the front yard.
