A wonderfully quiet location is the historic, award-winning farmhouse from 1835 in the former artists' colony of Holzhausen a. Ammersee. Where once the artists' community "Die Scholle", among whose members, A. Eduard Thöny, Adolf Münzer, and Mathias Gasteiger, farms with their meadows and fields stretched together. In the tranquil air-cure Utting it is only a 10-minute walk along the lake.
The gorgeous apartment "Beim Wehnerbauer West" has just been completed (August 2017). It is located on the second floor of the restored farmhouse in the center of Holzhausen. When entering the apartment one is surprised by the generosity and openness of the bright rooms. Here, with a lot of love, an environment was created that embodies modern luxury and at the same time follows the tradition of the house. The very tasteful selection of colors and materials creates a special feel-good atmosphere. From each window you can see the nearby lake and the Alps. The balcony invites you to relax.
The kitchen, dining and living areas open into each other and form the generous centerpiece of the light-flooded apartment. On the gallery you will find 2 more sleeping places as well as a nice workplace. In a separate bedroom with direct access to the balcony you are completely under itself. The top modern bathroom with toilet and shower is located next to the bedroom.
