The corner porch with its awnings and flowerboxes is the perfect gathering spot to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze after a day at the beach. The back deck, adjacent to the outside shower, comes equipped with a natural gas grill, perfect for barbequing. The kitchen – oh my – spacious and built for entertaining. It has a large walk-in pantry, double bowl stainless steel sinks, Corian countertops, dual Thermador ovens, 5 burner gas range, large refrigerator/freezer and a separate under counter ice machine in an adjacent bar area. The kitchen opens into the great room with new oak hardwood flooring, a dining area for 10 people, large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, mantle and a seating area for 8. The formal dining room has seating for 8 at the main table and an additional nook seating area for 6. The first floor has a den/office area and a large bathroom. There are 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor. The primary bedroom is HUGE! There is a king bed, Corian counter space with a built-in refrigerator which separates the twins bed area, a large walk-in closet and a flat screen TV. Perfect for a family in itself. The middle room has a queen bed, the front room has a king bed and seating area, and the corner room has 2 twins. The main bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub/shower and ample laundry area. The third floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The large king bedroom (can also be 2 twins) has a separate seating area and the second bedroom has 2 twins.
There is easy access to a 2 car garage with plenty of space for beach chairs and coolers. Beach chairs and bikes are available but not guaranteed. There is a large side lot for outside activities. Linens and bath towels are not provided but can be rented from linenladies.com. Property is owner operated.
