This lovely house has been fully refurbished and is situated in a quiet village in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside.
The property is 13 miles from Silverstone Circuit and close to the towns of Northampton and Daventry.
Only 3.5 miles from the M1 and with Long Buckby Station 7.7 miles away, it is well situated for both business and leisure guests.

The space
The house accomodates 8 people with ease. Using a trundle, a double sofa bed and top bunk, 12 can squeeze in for a family get together.
All of our rooms are supplied with linen from a professional linen company so you can ensure that you have that clean hotel comfort.
Bedroom one and two are both situated on the first floor.
Bedroom 1 is a beautiful king size overlooking the large garden.
Bedroom 2 over looks the beautiful countryside and accommodates two single beds with another single trundle bed.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are on the ground floor.
Bedroom 3 at the front of the house, hosts a bunk bed with a single on the top and a small double on the bottom.
Bedroom 4 is a standard double with patio doors onto the beautiful garden.
The ground floor has a breathtaking open plan kitchen/ dining room/ living room.
The spacious living room area has plenty of seating with a double sofa bed. It’s perfect to lounge around and watch your favourite streaming services on the large TV.
The dining area has table fit for memory making banquet, and a modern kitchen big enough to cook it in!
We are huge animal fans and believe they are just as important to make those special memories so we invite you to bring your dogs along, all we ask is that you do not allow them upstairs and they aren’t left alone in the house.
A stair gate and crate are available upon request.
Outside there is a patio which catches the sun all day and offers lovely views of the large secure garden.

The village is small and peaceful, there is a craft centre at the Old Dairy Farm with a cafe.
This rural village has some lovely walks.
We do have close neighbours so we ask that you don’t party all night and keep them awake!
