The spot is nice and breezy in all seasons, the tropical winds will ensure you have much less mosquitoes. The villa is located at a walking distance from the famous Ti St Barth Restaurant.
This recently built villa entirely made of wood has large indoor and outdoor spaces. Constructed on different levels, providing guests with privacy. Decoration is coming from Flamant (furniture, accessories and plates).
On the first level, the living room opens to a large terrace facing a partial view. There is 2 living room, one outside and one inside, with the possibility of watching television on both places. Leads to the opened covered dining area with a Weber BBQ.
The opened kitchen is decorated with a personalized “bar” hand made by an artist, and well-equipped with all the modern appliances.
One master bedroom is located on the first level, with a king size bed, a bathroom with 2 showers (one inside and another one outside)
The second house, on the lower level, a few step below offers two bedrooms with king size bed, with their bathroom and dressing and opens to a covered, outdoor living area.
The 2 large deck terraces offer many areas to relax and a nice sundeck borders the real pool with turquoise waters (8 m x 3 m).
