Dolphin Views is a purpose built guest house separate to the main house. There are no common walls. It is fully self-contained.
The owners of the main house at front are usually not at the house when guests are in Dolphin Views.
The house is straight across the road from the beach. The views are amazing, and some of the best in town. Dolphin Views is on a dead-end road, so there is little traffic.
Fishing can be done from the beach, then bring home and cook on the barbeque...very Australian, and very enjoyable.
Dolphin Views is in an elevated position, and up the top of a fairly steep and long driveway. You can walk or drive up the driveway.
There is then a ramp which leads to the front door. This is on an incline, and there are hand rails.
NB: For lockdowns, full refund is given.

Watch dolphins frolic from inside & from the verandah. Walk along beach. Spectacular sunsets.
Try your hand at catching fish from the beach. For surfers there are a couple of breaks at Binningup and also up and down the coast a bit (beach access by 4WD).
Personal transport is necessary to get around the area.
