You'll walk in the front door to one of the living rooms featuring a large smart TV. You can also access the house through our two stall garage that's available for you to use. The rest of the main floor includes a formal dining room, a large fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, a laundry room, a second living room with a large smart TV, and a powder bathroom.
Upstairs, you'll find a spacious master suite with a queen bed, two closets, a small balcony, and a private bathroom. There are 3 other queen bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs.
The final bedroom is located one floor up in a loft-style suite. You'll find a sofa bed, smart TV, queen bed, and bathroom in this area.
Outside, we've got plenty of parking in our large driveway and 2.5 acres of private yard for you to explore.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Clive. We're close to Cool Basil, Valley West Mall, Target, Hy-Vee, and many other shops, grocery stores, and restaurants.
The property is centrally located for enjoyment of activities and events in the Des Moines metro area. The house is less than a minute off interstate 235, on a spacious and private 2.5 acre wooded lot. Des Moines downtown area and East Village offer plenty to explore, such as a State Capitol, Iowa Historical Center (free with rotating exhibits), Science Center of Iowa, Des Moines Botanical Garden, the Pappajohn Sculpture Park, and the Des Moines Zoo. The house is adjacent to the Walnut Creek Bicycle trail, and offers miles of well maintained trails for biking, jogging and walking. The Des Moines Art Center is 2 miles away. Adjacent to the Des Moines Arts Center is Greenwood Park, which offers some beautiful outdoor picnic and walking areas, as well as forest paths that are popular for hiking and mountain biking. Greenwood Park also has a public outdoor swimming pool open during the summers. The Clive Aquatic Center is also a popular summer outdoor recreation area and is easily accessible along the bike trail, or quickly by car. Des Moines Living History Farm in nearby Clive is also worth a visit. The John Deere plant in Ankeny also offers some organized tours that are worth exploring.
