Summary: Geräumige, sehr schöne und saubere FeWo mit einem Vorraum, von dem man in den Wohn-/Schlafraum und in das großzügige Bad/WC (mit Badewanne) gelangt. Schöner Balkon. Eine nicht vorhandene Geschirrspülmaschine hat uns nicht gestört. Die FeWo ist über 67 Treppenstufen erreichbar und bietet somit ein gewisses Fitnessprogram ohne Zusatzkosten. Fahrräder durften gebührenfrei in der Garage eingeschlossen werden, der zugehörige Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus. Das Forsthaus liegt direkt an der Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinie 3. Die Straßenbahn fährt im 10 Minuten Takt, so dass man sehr günstig die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen kann. Die beiden Straßen, die am Forsthaus zusammen treffen haben ein mittleres Verkehrsaufkommen. Der nahe gelegene Cospudener See ist ein wunderbares Erholungsgebiet mit sauberem Wasser und mehreren künstlich angelegten Sandbadestränden. Ein ca. 10 km langer und drei m breiter bestens asphaltierter Radweg bietet Inlineskatern und Radlern ideale Möglichkeiten.
