Conveniently located with a direct view of the Green Lake, It is just a few miles from downtown Seattle. Within a short walk, you can reach restaurants and eateries along the green lake, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transportation.
This 1000 sq. ft. home was recently completed in August 2023. What you will order is the 2nd FLOOR of the whole house, including 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen as showing pictures. One large central living, dining, and kitchen area allows you to socialize and relax easily with your friends and family. Cooking meals should be no problem in the well-appointed gourmet kitchen.
The living room features plenty of seating and windows that flood the room with light. Relax with a book or watch a movie on the 65" TV.
You will have no trouble getting any work done remotely with the high-speed internet connection.
Guests have access to the main floor, front patio and front yard of the entire house. You will get a password to open the door before 3:00 pm on the day of check-in.
There is ample free street parking near the house on 67th and 68th Streets.
