Summary: This property is exactly as pictured - it is a stunning home right on the water. We walked out in the Atlantic every night at sunset. Also the owners are the most responsive I have ever had at any VRBO. It is very far from everything but that is how you get the space and no crowds.Things that would make it better: a more durable hot water heater, there were only five of us and by the time the third person showered the water got cold; having soap and shampoo in the showers, most VRBOs provide that because they know you are coming from out of town; and back up toilet paper and paper towels so you don't have to buy your own (super small investment and would make the stay more convenient).If you want lobster at home like we did, there is a great Lobster Shack in Souris we loved and frequented, and the best grocery we found was the Sobeys in Montague. Very restful stay and if you want an excursion close then I highly recommend Tranquilty Cove Adventures. Great vaca home for a single family!
