Beautiful stone house at the entrance of the Domaine de Lalande-Laborie.
The house is tastefully decorated and there are terraces, a small terrace at the entrance and a large terrace behind the house with its summer kitchen and in the garden there is a pool of 8 x 4 m in a large Garden and a corner for children with swings and slide.
The house is air conditioned and heated and there is a wood stove in the living room for cool evenings.
On the ground floor there is a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, fridge and two ovens.
A dining area and a seating area. One bedroom (double bed 160 x 200) with its bathroom en suite. Separate toilet and a place with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200) and a bedroom with bunk beds.
A bathroom with bath and shower in italian and a piece of furniture with double sinks.
At the estate is also a Spa with steam room, sauna, relaxation room, massage room and fitness room and a natural swimming pool. Access to the fitness room is free, however, we charge an extra fee to use the spa.
There is parking for two cars at the entrance of the house. The reception of the domain is in the same building.
We are located very close to the town of Montignac (7 km) with its caves of Lascaux and one can find bakers, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as a market, with products of the area, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Sarlat-la-Canéda is 36 km with its medieval center. The region is well known for its castles, the beautiful nature and the rivers of Dordogne and Vézère.
You can go horseback riding, cycling or walking canoe and enjoy the gastronomy and
good wines !!
Bergerac airport is a 90-minute drive away and Bordeaux is 2 hours away.
