In the hilly region of pine forests, very close to the Saône and Loire, this gîte for 11 people is ideal for a break or a holiday in the open air. Very warm welcome from owners living on site in a part of house adjoining the gîte. They are fond of the region, they can advise on places to go/things to do and arrange tour of their hives on request. On the ground floor : large lounge with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (American-style fridge) opening onto the dining room (TV, DVD player, sofa, football table, direct access to swimming-pool). Bathroom. Laundry room including Wc. Upstairs : mezzanine leading to 4 bedrooms : 'Vue sur Jardin' bedroom with two 90cm large beds (or 180 cm large bed as needed), 'Dortoir' bedroom for 5 people with 2 double beds, 1 single bed and private facilites (shower, 2 washbasins, Wc), 'Orange' bedroom with single bed (120 x 190 cm) and washbasin, 'Japonaise' bedroom (accessed by a japanese staircase) with double bed, single bed and washbasin. Bathroom (bathtube, washbasin, Wc). Bed linen and towels supplied free. Electricity and heating included in rent. Outdoors :large private terrace with lovely view, covered terrace with table tennis, garden furniture, deck chairs, sunshade, barbecue. Private swimming pool (9m x 5m, covered and heated but can be discovered in summer) available from early April to late October. Pool room including Wc. Private parking. Hens in owners' garden. Many walks available from the gîte. Close to the Beaujolais vineyards, the Saône et Loire region (cities of La Clayette, Chauffailles...) and the Loire departement (cities of Charlieu and Roanne).
