Positive: Breakfast was not included. i think the place has potential but it needs work. The outside area is not as clean as it could be, and it looks very tacky, it needs to be cleaner and neater. It can use some paint on the inside of the rooms. It needs better washer and dryer, knowing that my wash cloth and towel and sheets was washed in a machine that does not work accurately made me feel disgusting. The wash area was nasty and because his pet friendly and the pet owners was not that clean. Dog hair was everywhere and they was urinating in the back. Sitting area, if you're gonna be pet friendly. You need to make sure they understand they need to walk their dog outside of the facility to use the bathroom. The little small rooms did have everything you needed. The appearance was not there. The clearness was not there. Improve these things and do some outside yard work make it look neater. More organize and clean then you got the perfect spot For the price.

Negative: It was not clean enough people who were allowed to have pets. Allow their pets to urinate and use the bathroom In the backseating area, the laundry room was disgusting and the washer And dryer need to be replaced. The outside area was horrible Needs to be cleaned up and some things need to be removed. The rooms could use some painting. They need to put a little more thought in the look of the place.
