You are close (4 blocks) to the aerial lift bridge, Canal Park, and downtown Duluth. The house was newly remodeled in the spring of 2012 to include fireplace and sauna. Main level and upstairs have amazing views of Lake Superior (you can see the lake while relaxing in the claw-foot tub). Downstairs includes washer/dryer, Foosball, and air-hockey table.
