This 4 bedroom, 3 bath house includes a king bed in the MBR, & queen beds in the other two main floor bedrooms, plus a queen bed and 2 twin bed in the finished basementplus a twin size roll-away bed available on request. You'll fall in love with the large covered balcony overlooking the serene backyard, and the brick paver circular patio which is perfect for the firepit! Dogs considered upon request. Just 6 min. to Ft Knox & 17 min to the ETown Sports Park.
This Bedford Stone home has been updated as a short term rental! The basement has been updated to include office space, a family room with 55” TV, game table and additional sleeping areas including a Twin XL bed iand a queen size bed in another open room. A trifold privacy screen is provided.
The beautiful backyard is delightful for yard games, sunning, kids and dogs!
If you're a coffee lover, we have coffee options for you! We have a Keurig, a Nespresso Vertuo Plus, and a drip coffee maker with insulated carafe. Please bring your preferred k-cups, Nespresso capsules or coffee grounds. The extra appliances are stored above and below the built-in oven in the kitchen.
The parking situation here is TIGHT and street parking is not allowed. If you're bringing more than 2 cars, please message me to ensure the parking situation will work for your group. The city sidewalks allow for leisurely strolls around the neighborhood.
