Our neighbors are middle aged to elderly folks whom we know by name. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy. Step out back to enjoy the sun. Enjoy a nice day of fishing or kayaking. Set in the screened in patio and just take in the views. At night you can set on the deck to visit or set around the fire pit. Step inside and have a drink at the bar.
