Positive: Rooms are neat, clean and tidy. I usually have a good sleep. The Bella Vista/Norwest location is convenient to places/people I am visiting or visiting us. While we have not always needed parking, when we have, there has been plenty available. Our visitors have not had any trouble finding a parking spot.

Negative: The constant request for booking information when it has already been provided. That the restaurant is now closed for lunch. If our booking had not been made quite some time earlier, it would but have been honoured. I would not have known about the closure if I had not asked. Communication sadly lacking. I did thank the restaurant for providing lunch for my guest and I. I had asked for a shower chair to be provided but it was just the bench which does not suit my injury. Admitted I did not ask Reception to correct the error. I felt slightly embarrassed to do so. Because of my restrictions, I find that the location is too far to walk and too close for an Uber/taxi to the supermarket. More supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk required. When there are two people, it is not enough to last from arrival to room clean the next day
