Summary: This is my second time staying here, and I’m really happy I made the right choice again. The staff are truly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the super handsome staff who helped carry my luggage upstairs during the power outage on the day I checked in, and to the lovely lady stuff who helped me call a taxi to airport when I left the hotel at 6 PM on November 18. My stay was wonderful once again! I’ll definitely recommend Sleep Inn to my colleagues when they travel to Düsseldorf for business.
